In 2009 Candlestone Golf Resort finished a complete remodel of the restaurant at the golf course. The vision was complete naming it the Water Tower Grille. An expanded staff was hired, increased customer service was a top priority and introduced menus including nightly specials, a Friday night seafood buffet and also a Sunday brunch.
