Meeting & Event Information
Candlestone’s Banquet Facility accommodates 200 people using round tables and chairs. Our room rental includes 8 a.m. to 12 midnight access, set-up and take-down, tables and chairs, white table linen and white linen napkins, bartender service and cake cutting complete with plates and utensils.

 
 
Room Rental Rates
Sunday thru Thursday:   $500 (food and beverage minimum)
Friday:   $350 (room rental flat fee)
Saturday:   $500 (room rental flat fee)
Hourly Rate:   $30 (2 hour minimum)

• It is our policy that Candlestone must supply all food and beverage.
 
 
Specialty Linen
Colored Table Clothes   additional charge of $2.50 per table cloth
Colored Napkins   additional charge of $0.15 per napkin
White Chair Covers   additional charge of $3.00 per chair cover
Sashes*   additional charge of $1.00 per chair cover

Room Deposits
Meetings and Events:   $1 per person
Wedding Receptions:   $250 to hold date

• Then ½ of estimated revenues within 30 days of event.
• All prices subject to 6% sales tax and an 18% gratuity.
